It's been four months since my last one so QUESTION MEME, I play Rapunzel and Robin at thusia and Taisuke/Fire and Rapunzel/Bubbles at aather . Questions for past/musebox/other characters are legit too
They haven't talked that much, but Fire thinks Chocolate is pretty cool! She's enthusiastic and fun and fits in well with the team. Fire is an idiot too so he doesn't think her being dumb is anything bad, sometimes a fool can do things nobody else can! He thinks she's a nice girl with a good attitude, her cheerfulness is something very much needed in Aather and Fire hopes she can hold onto it during trauma games and darkness horror. BUT SHE'S STRONG AND SHE'S GOT CITRINE SO SHE'LL BE FINE, WE'LL SHONEN THROUGH!!! He's also on a quest to make Chocolate donuts since she said she liked them, let's just have nice things forever okay.
HI RIDER YOU'RE PRETTY LEGIT. Bubbles doesn't have a lot of complex feelings on Rider, she thinks he's sweet. After hearing about him befriending dragons and seeing him want to help save Jabberwock after shankfest just because there was a chance to save her, she thinks he's so kind and forgiving. It takes a lot of strength to see the good in the world when there's so much darkness around and she respects that he can keep that up. Rider is so admirable! Despite that, they share a pretty light hearted relationship, Rider is an interesting guy who knows lots of cool things and has some cool philosophies and she's very intrigued by him. Bubbles likes how try hard and silly he can be (and she thinks he's silly more often than he's cool, sorry Rider bro), it's part of his charm. She also wants to learn some blacksmithing and archery some time, that looks like fun.
SELENIA '^' Bubbles loev Selenia. He's. He's hilariously terrible for her and good for her at the same time. He's terrible for her because he acts a lot like her mother and talks like her and is constantly manipulative, but he's good for her because he does actually give her the space to be strong on her own sometimes and helps boost her confidence when he's not being a douche. He plays a big part in making Bubbles feel safe and secure, she's not afraid to speak her mind and share her fears and secrets and insecurities withhim. Selenia is nice to her and supportive a lot of the time and Bubbles just loves him a lot. He's fun to play with and someone she depends, Selenia can do no wrong in her eyes.
Okay that's not quite accurate, he CAN do wrong, but she just doesn't care if he does. It's Selenia, so it's okay. When he first arrived he said how he didn't want to be a bad person and she is holding him to that, and from what she's seen she's convinced he IS a good person. He never saw Jabberwock as a villain despite all the horrible trauma, he sees the good in people and wants to save them Selenia is surely so kind hearted. He didn't want her to get hurt and argued to drink the poison that one game so nobody else would have to, Selenia is so noble. And he spoils the animals and worked hard to be a good brother even though babies were terrifying, Selenia is so sweet. And a little bit dumb. Bubbles has a lot of faith in Selenia, but if he gave her any indication of that faltering she'd tell him off. She might not have an entirely accurate impression of him but that's okay because he's nice.

Bubbles just can't understand Apple well, and most of the time when she tries it backfires on her and Apple closes off. But because of that, she also sees it as her responsibility to fix and doesn't want to stop trying to understand Apple, she wants to be someone Apple is comfortable with, someone Apple can rely on. Bubbles felt like Apple was starting to open up after Mother's game when she was so openly upset and talking about being upset, but then she feels like she ruined it. STILL. SOME PROGRESS!! Even if it immediately regressed, maybe she can get it back!!
They have a lot of issues still, issues that they're working past, and even if she really doesn't understand what she did in the first place Bubbles is glad that Apple is willing to work past it now. She thinks Apple is really cool! Facing your troubles is hard, Sapphire seems universally terrible at it, so it's great that Apple will (hahaha...). She also thinks it's very cool that Apple is so adamant about HEALING EVERYONE, she's so determined to protect everyone and can help people so easily in this way that terrifies Bubbles, wow Apple *_*
Fire is still an adorable dumb boy, she likes talking to him and she’s very glad he’s not crazy anymore and gosh his life is hard maybe I will think of nice things to do with him 8|a Otherwise yes no change here except that she is more likely to bully him into things.
She is TRYING SO HARD WITH BUBBLES in an earnest failtastic kind of way. Bubbles is sweet and brave and kind and honest and everything Apple admires in people, Bubbles is the coolest /// When they aired their feelings she was…really really confused but grateful that Bubbles took it the way she did, because she feels like she didn’t completely ruin their relationship and she can slowly try to make up for it because I WAS MEAN TO YOU BUBBLES YOU SHOULD NOT JUST BE OKAY WITH THAT 8( I think her Bubbles dere shot through the roof during heart games she just has no idea how to hold feelings at all. Apple has a hard time understanding Bubbles sometimes and most of it comes from a kneejerk “no” reaction she gets when Bubbles says something she can’t comprehend. NO you should not just be okay when people are jerks to you. NO you should not be okay with someone beating you. She ends up getting upset on Bubbles’ behalf because Bubbles won’t get upset, and then it just looks like she is upset at Bubbles :’Da
She also keeps forgetting that Bubbles is a new Sapphire SOB. Because most of Sapphire knows that Apple is weird with touching and talking about things, she’s never tried to explain it to Shion or Bubbles because it never occurs to her to mention “hey by the way don’t touch me I will freak out also feelings are really hard I don’t like talking about those.” And after Wonderland she knowsss she’s a big mess and doesn’t want to make things worse by saying the wrong thing so she shuts down or skitters back if there are too many feelings. What if she says the wrong thing and hurts Bubbles 8(!! But she is still…trying…she is just bad at it. Also the magic healing hair is bamf okay /////

FIRE LOVES ANNABETH SHE IS THE GREATEST AND THE SMARTEST AND CITRINE WOULD NOT BE CITRINE WITHOUT HER. I don't think much has changed since the last time I talked about their relationship, he still sees her as the smart girl that keeps the rest of these idiots in line and his awesome friend who will always be there for him and the rest of Citrine, and he still ships her with Percy you two are the cutest couple. The biggest change is that he's seen her die now, and felt jealous of it, which was GROSS AND TERRIBLE AND SAD and he never wants to see it again. His friends are not allowed to die! Annabeth is not allowed to die she's too cool and embodies too many awesome things in his life for it to happen, he wants to protect her!! I mean he. Doesn't think she needs it. At all. BECAUSE ANNABETH IS THE COOLEST. But he will fight hard for her anyway, Fire has her back!
There's not much change; she's still worried about him and his suicide-obsession, even if he's Fire and not anything malicious or evil any more. If anything she's MORE worried because the games and other teams seem to be taking out their aggressions on Citrine which is worrying.... '^' she will worry!!
VANILLA IS ADORABLE. He can be quiet and disappear in the crowd sometimes, especially in a team like Citrine that is so full of RAMBUNCTIOUS SHONEN IDIOTS, but he fits in well with them. He's got the determination and the strength and he's an important member of their team. Fire really likes Vanilla! And he respects him a hell of a lot, here's a guy who lives a normal life, with no extraordinary powers and no horrible terror traumas like the rest of them, he plays basketball! And yet in Aather, which is full of danger and darkness and doom half the time, he never loses his cool. His reaction to getting stabbed for the first time was to keep his head and worry about the others, for someone who's never been in that situation before he handled it with an astounding amount of grace and Fire has nothing but admiration for him. He's even a little bit scared of Vanilla after he told him not to get hurt or else, but scared in a good way. In a way he likes. Fire likes it when people top him and tell him what to do, he likes that they care enough to do it. Vanilla is his bro and there are some bro feelings there.
He's got some feelings about the basketball thing too. It's something Vanilla is passionate about, and wants to be good at, but keeps saying he sucks at. Well obviously that can change! Just because you're bad at something doesn't mean you give up, and that's something he thinks Vanilla gets and Fire likes his attitude of 'I will get revenge by proving them wrong', YES GOOD GO VANILLA. Let's do it! Some time this week because I need to hiatus for exams soon, Fire is being a sad loser in the after event post right now he needs a distraction to not be so sad and loserish.
He is a nice good person who she trusts completely, him and Mau are tied for the people in Aather she feels safest and most comfortable around. Red can do no wrong in her eyes (except for DUMB WRONG >:( ), he's just always been there comforting her and supporting her and believing in her and she thinks he is wonderful. He's a very stabilising force for her! Red has always been there to help Bubbles through her rough patches and comfort her when she's scared, and she can't imagine a time when he won't be. It's a lot of reliant feelings, Red is a big part of what makes Sapphire a team to her, him and Mau made it a safe place and a safe group and somewhere she can feel home, she wouldn't feel the same about it if he wasn't there. HUGE POSITIVE INFLUENCE A+ ALLEN WALKER.
But it's not all idolisation and love and respect, she also thinks he can be a big dummy. Bubbles thinks Red needs her and the rest of Sapphire's toppy teen girl squad just as much as she needs him, if there's nobody to look after Red he'll end up maimed and sad one day and that's just not allowed. Bubbles wants to repay the favour and always be there for him too, she remembers back when she arrived and Sapphire had gone through a run of losing a bunch of new members in a day or two, and because you went on hiatus he fell back into the ring and was so surprised to see she was still there. Bubbles really wants to be a constant and feels soooo guilty for getting booked, and then she feels guilty for not being able to help him in Autumn's heart, f-failing as helpful reliable teammate oh no :( BUT BUBBLES HAS NO TIME TO LET THAT GET HER DOWN. GOTTA TRY HARDER NEXT TIME. It really helps that Red has never made her feel bad about it and never shown her anything but 100% love and earnest ridiculous feelings, he helps her feel more confident in herself. If Red was absolutely positively no-way-out forced to make a ranking scale for the team, Bubbles would be second only to Mau -- because Mau is his bro and was a huge stabilizing influence for him, but Bubbles is his cute sweet earnest girl who also yells at him when he is being dumb and ends up being really good for his self-esteem in unexpected ways. The fact that she does treat him with genuine affection even in response to his own casual self-deprecation and even scolding him for it helped a lot when he was wrestling with a lot of recent Noah-related memories. If this good happy person likes me I cannot be a completely lost cause. (/'-')/ He's a lot more inclined to feel hangdog embarrassed if she scolds him than prrretty much anyone else on the team, too, because even more than Mau, she's someone he really doesn't want to disappoint.
He also respects a lot that she's willing to do things that scare or worry her because she thinks they're the overall better thing to do; he would never blame her or think less of her if she ever did say "no, I can't do this, I'm too scared" -- but the fact that she DOES say "I'm scared, but I want to do this because I believe it's the better thing/it will help" raises his estimation of her considerably. He really wants to be able to help her be less scared of things, because she is amazing and she should conquer everything as her rightful place in it. \('-')/

YES '^' Kit is a very sweet boy who is also a very silly boy that she can get into dumb competitive fights with and it's lots of fun. He's a good friend and she's glad he's still here after she got booked, even if they haven't talked very much Bubbles still has a lot of dere for him. Their relationship isn't very complex and they've never really had to delve into super serious matters, but she would feel comfortable if they did have to. It not quiiiiite trust, she's still got a lot of issues with trusting people, but she feels comfortable with Kit and thinks he is a Nice Boy. They need to spend more time climbing trees and goofing around she likes that. Kit very often picks fights and has the RIVALRY thing going with Sapphire, Bubbles considers him a worthy opponent. He has a very nice way of dealing with her and declaring his confidence in beating her without making her feel bad about herself, it is a nice thing! Bubbles very much likes this competitive spirit where being told she's going to lose and he's better than her doesn't actually make her feel like he's better than her, it's a refreshing change from her usual experiences.
It really hit Fire just how messed up Naoto was in the heart game, everything was terrible and broken and wanted so badly to be put back together and it gave him a lot of feelings. He is aware that Naoto's life sucks (especially now he has this awesome new skill he can appreciate it in great detail) and feels very bad for him. And the fact that Naoto has always tried hard to help him, has stood by him when he's taken his memories and went back to fix his heart when it got all busted up, he feels like he owes a lot to Naoto. He wants to help too! FIRE'LL BE THERE FOR YOU BRO, he would've been there anyway but instead of it just being because he is a nice guy who wants to take care of people it's because Naoto is awesome and my friend and nobody is allowed to make him feel like that!! Naoto has done a lot for him and deserves some god damn love, from Fire specifically. He deserves better parents and support and Fire wants to spoil him with nice things as much as possible. He really hopes putting the bad memories back together and making him face it helped, those things are so hard to face alone so with him and Toki there for support he thought it would make things easier, Fire really believed Naoto repressing his troubles was bad for him which was why he was SO DETERMINED, he wants him to face his issues but doesn't want him to feel bad about them because he doesn't deserve that. NAOTO YOU ARE A COOL GUY YOU DESERVE TO FEEL LIKE A COOL GUY here let me and Toki show you how much. And he's soooo mad at Naoto's mother, people who hurt his friends are awful and mothers who abuse their kids are awful mothers are meant to be loving!!!
